Key Responsibilities:
Receive and review production orders from the Sales Team
Plan and execute production activities based on requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Purchase, Logistics)
Follow up with the Purchase Team for material availability
Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources
Monitor production progress and maintain quality standards
Commit and track delivery timelines
Ensure on-time delivery to customers
Identify and resolve production issues efficiently
